Cloud 9 Meal Plans - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility Requirements:

   • You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for a subscription.
   • Our service is exclusively available to residents of Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

2. Account Information:

   • You are responsible for ensuring that all account details, including your delivery address, are complete and accurate.

3. Subscription and Orders:

   • If you wish to cancel your subscription or any order, you must do so prior to the weekly order confirmation deadline.
   • Failure to cancel before this deadline will result in the order being processed and charged as usual.

4. Delivery Policy:

   • We aim to deliver within our specified regions (Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland).
   • If an order is placed from outside these delivery regions, it will be identified and refunded immediately.

5. Damaged Items:

   • If an item is damaged in transit, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to report the issue.
   • Issuance of a replacement item is at the discretion of our customer service team.

6. Returns:

   • Returns are accepted only at the discretion of customer service.
